Fall Harvest & Wine Specials

By Kim Silva & Christian Chandler, co-founders

Hugh’s best friend was awesome help this year!

Good morning, friends! Because of a cool, wet spring, a frost, foraging bears, and fall fires, this year’s grape harvest was condensed…like really condensed. What we planned to harvest, crush, ferment, and press in nine weeks ended up being done in only five weeks. Whew! It has been a whirlwind working with 12,000 pounds of grapes. Wow! You are going to love these beauties when they become wines!

The Pinot Noir Rose and Pinot Gris are quietly aging in stainless steel tanks and we are getting ready to move the Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Merlot into barrels. In the coming months, I will tell you about our wonderful vineyard partners. I hope you are as inspired by their stories as we are. Check out the photos and videos below to see more about this year’s harvest, crush, and press.
