Hello, lovely spring wines!

Bottles of Caelestis Cellars 2022 Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir Rose

2022 Pinot Gris
Sourced from Dion Vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains in the Willamette Valley and tended by the Johnson family, our Pinot Gris wine is an exciting surprise. The grapes were pressed then fermented and cold stabilized in stainless steel. Kissed by the ocean breeze, our light and bright Pinot Gris offers an unexpected hint of saline and minerality to compliment the flavors of lemon zest and apple. This wine is perfect with salsa verde chicken or fresh Oregon clams.

2022 Pinot Noir Rose
Sourced from 40-year-old vines at Barnes Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains in the Willamette Valley, our Pinot Noir Rose is delightfully unexpected. The grapes spent six hours on their skins prior to pressing, imparting a pink-grapefruit color. After fermenting in stainless steel, this dry wine gives a gentle first impression. Our Rose’s light floral aroma, and notes of bright strawberry and playful watermelon pair elegantly with strawberries sliced over chevre or a watercress and almond salad.
