Our Alabariño is fresh like the first summer swim. Welcoming you with minerality, a whiff of honeydew, and tastes of mango and melon rind this exciting wine dazzles your senses with a tingly finish. Sourced from the Meek Vineyard in Benton City, Washington, the grapes were cold-fermented and pressed to dry. This wine is a perfect pairing with wild sea scallops spiced by saffron.
